Chamartín is a district of the municipality of Madrid, located north of the capital and made up of the districts of El Viso, Prosperity, City Garden, Latin America, New Spain and Castilla. It bordered on the north Fuencarral-El Pardo, east to Ciudad Lineal, south with the district of Salamanca, the southwest with Chamberí and west with Tetuan.
It currently houses the headquarters of several of the most important companies in Spain and contains several areas of city skyscrapers, including the M-30 (financial district) or the Torres Puerta de Europa, bordering the building AZCA. It is worth noting the proximity to Barajas Airport.
Among its attractions is the National Music Auditorium, Museum of Natural Sciences, the Berlin Park, the Park Canal Isabel II, the Courts of the Plaza de Castilla and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Its proximity to the Paseo de la Castellana is another major artery circulation.
It also has one of the most important railway stations around Madrid and one of the busiest in Spain, called Madrid-Chamartin.
