Area description

Chamartín District is very well located and it has a very good public transports network of buses and metro. Closeness to the Barajas’ airport and the train and metro stations Nuevos Ministerios and Chamartín are to be highlighted. The "Paseo de la Castellana" is another great circulation artery; and, in the surroundings of Plaza Lima, are located the financial district’s heart, the "Palacio de Congresos" and the mystical Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, venue of the Real Madrid football club.
