Moncloa-Aravaca. This area comprises from Plaza de España almost to Ciudad Universitaria, covering the area up to San Bernardo. Its center is located in El Corte Inglés in Princesa, just in the exits of Metro Argüelles. This area is chosen by many students to live in due to its closeness to Ciudad Universitaria. Its high concentration of parks opens the doors to the Casa de Campo, the biggest green area of Madrid. The Rosales y Ferraz area is fantastic to go for a walk, both around the Parque del Oeste and La Rosaleda or the Templo de Debot, with several activities to do on weekends. There are many small bars and restaurants, specially in the area called "Bajos de Arguelles", as well as cinemas in the Quevedo’s vecinity. The first picture corresponds to the street next to the building, the second one to the building, or the entrance to the building.
