Chamartín is a district of the municipality of Madrid, located on the north of the capital.

Its strategic location in the north of Madrid makes Chamartín a district that is very well connected by Paseo de la Castellana and close to the financial district with a large number of apartments for rent.

It is worth mention its proximity with the Golden Mile in Salamanca's District, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Barajas airport and Paseo de la Castellana, which is another great circulation artery, since it is the financial hub of Madrid and therefore the most demanded area by companies to find their accommodation in Madrid.

Currently it hosts the financial area and it is the headquarters of the most important companies in Spain. This neigborhoog contains several skyscraper areas of the city, including the M-30 (financial zone), Puerta de Europa Towers (Kio towers), bordering with AZCA building or the ie University tower.

Among its points of interest are the National Music Auditorium, the Museum of Natural Sciences, Plaza de Cuzco, Berlin Park, Canal de Isabel II Park, Plaza de Castilla Courts and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
