The apartement is located in Justicia neighbourhood in between Malasaña and Chueca. Oozing with art, history and culture, Both are two of Madrid's liveliest, most cosmopolitan barrios. If you're seeking fashion, fun, gourmet food and a unique lust for life, look no further. Neighbouring Salesas is similarly celebrated for its cultural offerings, notably its fashion scene - here you'll find a range of concept stores and independent edgy boutiques, as well as more well-known international brands. The area is also boasts a selection of art galleries, bookshops, delis and cocktail bars.

Chueca Metro station (Line 5) is conveniently located within only 2-minutes walk and Recoletos Cercanias station (commuter rail) - within 5-minutes' walk, putting the rest of the city within easy reach. There are also range of BiciMad stations around, if you want to move around in bicycle.

Leasing conditions

Deposit / Deposit: 2 months at check-in, refundable up to 30 days after check out if the apartment is delivered in good conditions.

Check-in / check-out: From 10:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, subject to availability of our agents. Check-ins or check-outs outside these hours have an extra charge (consult our agents).

Supplies: Fixed charge or according to consumption, consult before with our agents.

Payment of rent and supplies: First week of each month.

Location

Centro is one of the districts belonging to the city of Madrid, in fact it is the oldest in the city.

Its strategic location in the center of Madrid makes Centro the tourist district par excellence, well connected by Gran Vía and Paseo de la Castellana with a large number of apartments for rent.

It is worth mention its proximity to the art triangle, museums, such as the Reina Sofía Museum, theaters and cinemas, as well as having one of the most popular shopping areas in the capital.

It hosts three of the oldest skyscrapers in Spain: the Telefónica Building, the España Building and the Madrid Tower, as well as one of the best-known schools in the city, IED Madrid - European Institute of Design.

Among its points of interest are the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Paseo del Prado, Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Theater and the Bank of Spain, which is why it is highly valued for tourists.
