It has a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. The bedroom is spacious with double bed and large closet, plus dressing room with integrated sink; the bathroom has a shower and toilet located behind the dressing room.

The floor is made of laminate flooring. The house has air conditioning and radiators in every room. Bed linen and towels provided. Fixed monthly supply charge €120 per month for short stays or according to contract.

Check-ins or check-outs outside these hours have an extra charge (request of more information at our agent).

Supplies: Fixed charge or according to consumption, (consult before with our agents) and the term of the stay.

Payment of rent and supplies: First week of each month.

Location

Tetuán is a district belonging to Madrid city.

Its strategic location in the north of Madrid makes Tetuán a district very well connected by Paseo de la Castellana and close to the financial district with a large number of apartments for rent.

It is worth mention its proximity to Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Chamartin district and Paseo de la Castellana, which is another great traffic artery, being the financial hub of Madrid.

This district is home to numerous education centers, parks and restaurants with a diverse cuisine.

As a point of interest, it is worth mentioning the commercial area found on Bravo Murillo street, where there are shops of all kinds.
