Location

Centro is one of the districts belonging to the city of Madrid, in fact it is the oldest in the city.

Its strategic location in the center of Madrid makes Centro the tourist district par excellence, well connected by Gran Vía and Paseo de la Castellana with a large number of apartments for rent.

It is worth mention its proximity to the art triangle, museums, such as the Reina Sofía Museum, theaters and cinemas, as well as having one of the most popular shopping areas in the capital.

It hosts three of the oldest skyscrapers in Spain: the Telefónica Building, the España Building and the Madrid Tower, as well as one of the best-known schools in the city, IED Madrid - European Institute of Design.

Among its points of interest are the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Paseo del Prado, Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Theater and the Bank of Spain, which is why it is highly valued for tourists.
